As one of the most prolific executives in US media, he is well-recognized for his time as the CEO of TiVo, President of NBC Cable, and the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategist at NBC—where he founded CNBC and established the NBC, Microsoft cable channel, and internet joint venture, MSNBC.

Prior to SFW, he focused on investments in software and technology-enabled business service companies at Sverica International.

As SFW Capital Partners’ Vice President since 2017, Xiu oversees the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, industry research, and supporting current investments. She also serves as a Director of Act and Devada. Xiu previously worked as an Associate at H.I.G. Capital, where she focused on investments in growth-oriented companies across the consumer, tech, and healthcare verticals.

Justin is an executive, entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor with expertise in digital media, online advertising, technology, and international business expansion. Over his career, he's worked with and advised top adtech companies, including LiveRamp, MediaMath, PubMatic, Turn, ASK (IAC), and Exponential (Tribal Fusion). He was the Founder and CEO of Pulpo Media which was acquired by Entravision (NYSE: EVC) in 2014.

Prior to founding SFW, he served as Managing Director at AEA Investors where he worked on numerous successful private equity investments, including Mettler Toledo International, Telephia, Inc. , IAG Research, Inc. , Waters Corporation, XM Satellite Radio, and CasTech Aluminum Group, among others.
