Chief Executive Officer
Dominic founded Captify in 2011 and has been the Chief Executive Officer since then, taking the business through Series A and B funding. He is a product visionary, multi-award winning entrepreneur and successfully launched and scaled Captify in the US market.
Having joined SFW Capital Partners in 2011, Omair is a Partner and member of its Investment Committee, and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Greenshades Software and Devada. Prior to SFW, he focused on investments in software and technology-enabled business service companies at Sverica International.
Xiu Li Dong
As SFW Capital Partners’ Vice President since 2017, Xiu oversees the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, industry research, and supporting current investments. She also serves as a Director of Act and Devada. Xiu previously worked as an Associate at H.I.G. Capital, where she focused on investments in growth-oriented companies across the consumer, tech, and healthcare verticals.
Justin is an executive, entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor with expertise in digital media, online advertising, technology, and international business expansion. Over his career, he's worked with and advised top adtech companies, including LiveRamp, MediaMath, PubMatic, Turn, ASK (IAC), and Exponential (Tribal Fusion). He was the Founder and CEO of Pulpo Media which was acquired by Entravision (NYSE: EVC) in 2014.
Franklin is the Global Chief Business Officer at Choreograph, a WPP Company and specializes in board assignments, operating partners, and is frequently engaged for pre-acquisition diligence, planning for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. With 26 years of professional experience, he has a track record of delivering EBITDA, sustainable growth, building scale for businesses, and driving organizational change.
Roger C. Freeman
Roger is a Co-Founder and Partner at SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. Prior to founding SFW, he served as Managing Director at AEA Investors where he worked on numerous successful private equity investments, including Mettler Toledo International, Telephia, Inc. , IAG Research, Inc. , Waters Corporation, XM Satellite Radio, and CasTech Aluminum Group, among others.
