Captify Bolsters Rapid Expansion With Move Into Spain

MADRID, DECEMBER 19, 2017 Captify, the global leader in Search Intelligence, continues its rapid expansion plans announcing the opening of a new office in Madrid, Spain.

The ad tech leader, listed by Forbes as ‘One to Watch in 2017’, uses its Search Intelligence to power multi-channel media activations for brand, video and direct response activity as well as empowering brands with crucial insights for both pre-campaign planning or post-campaign measurement.

The move into Spain follows exponential company growth in 2017 of 134% driven by success for global advertisers such as Apple, Microsoft, Nike, American Express and Unilever across both Europe and the US.

Newly promoted VP of Europe, Vincent Pelillo, former MD of Captify Paris will oversee the launch of Spain and its operations, as well as delivery of aggressive expansion plans into other EU cities.

Speaking on the launch, Vincent Pelillo said;

“There is definitely a gap in the Spanish market for Captify’s unique application of Search. Removing the handcuffs traditionally associated with search has opened up targeting and creative opportunities for brands and advertisers. Innovative media firsts like dynamic video powered by Search Intelligence and the use of insights as an honest signal for audience planning and measurement really set us apart”.

Dominic Joseph, CEO & Co-Founder commented;

“2017 has been a monumental year of growth for us. Vincent, our VP of Europe will help us continue the growth trajectory into 2018 and beyond. His proven success in launching and growing Captify in the French market is a formula we’d like to replicate across Spain and other EU advertising hot spots”.

“Truthfully, the launch into Spain has been accelerated due to industry demand from our global agency partners. It’s also an interesting market for us as we test the waters in South America too”

Hiring is already underway with Captify announcing first major Spanish hire, Ruth Bareno as Commercial Lead. With over 15 years of experience in the digital advertising space in Spain, Ruth will put her extensive experience at Teads and Orange to work to drive Captify’s solutions amongst Spanish brands and agencies.
